During a anniversary trip to San Francisco , Mrs. Sara and her husband Matthew visited a cupcake bakery and fell in love with the idea. “We’ve definitely needed a local bakery and cupcakes seemed like the perfect treat to start with,” Sara said.  At the same time, Welsh was closing her children’s boutique after four years and was interested in trying something new.  “When Janeen mentioned cupcakes, I was hooked!” admits Welsh.  From then on, everything fell into place.
